The Wellness Woman Design

Wellness is about more than just green smoothies and Pilates workouts. It starts from your mindset and habits.

In this wellness program, we’ll tackle the core beliefs that drive your current routines. Together, we’ll replace them with beliefs centered around self-love and acceptance. This will guide your personalized plan toward freedom in your relationship with yourself.

I’ll provide you with all the tools and strategies you need to become the healthiest version of you. Sound scary? Don’t worry—I’ll be right by your side, guiding you every step of the way.

Our sessions (45-60 minutes) First ½ we go over how the week and the other ½ is learning tools and tips to get you to the next level.

In this program, I let you decide if you want to have 2 sessions every month so you have time to practice what you just learned. Game changer!

What’s the investment?

Are there payment plans available?

3 monthly payments of $511.

How long is this program?

There will be 12 sessions (45-60 minutes each). You can either go weekly and it will be about 3 months or go bi-weekly and this will be about 6 months. I don’t want you to feel overwhelmed + rushed, and have the time you need to implement these new habits, thoughts, and behaviors into your life.

Is it a good idea to work on my nutrition, stress, and sleep all at once?

Yes! We sometimes forget our lives are holistic, which means our body and mind work together. If one thing is off sync then it affects the other. We will take the time to work on these areas that won’t seem overwhelmed but you will be challenged by the techniques.

How do I sign up?

First step is booking a Clarity Coaching Session. It is a chat about what you specifically want help with. We will both learn how ready you are to start this journey together as well help me understand how best I can keep you. At the end of our meeting you and I both will know if we are a good fit.

When do I start noticing the changes?

Sometimes it can be within a matter of minutes and sometimes it may take a while. However, the common denominator is you. You get what you put into it. I can only provide you with the guidance and tools but you are in charge of you.

I have never done this before. I am very logical and not into woo-woo stuff, but I need some direction. How can I do this?

Very good question. I don’t think this is woo-woo stuff, but you might feel that way when you are out of your comfort zone and becoming reacquainted with yourself. Logic has a place here too because it relies on facts and that is what we are working on, your personal facts not my perception.
