I know how you feel. Hot flashes, belly fat, and irritability can add a lot onto your plate. It’s easy to feel like you’ve been taken hostage by your body, without a way out. Luckily, there’s a smarter way to help you through this tumultuous time.

Marvelous Menopause is a 90-day wellness coaching experience designed to help you navigate menopause with confidence and embrace your best life. Together, we’ll walk through the different layers of menopause and design a self-care plan to embrace this transition. I’ll help you with make small, impactful changes that empower to reclaim your body. It will be a challenging ride, but I’ll be here with you all the way through.

It is 12 sessions. We can do weekly which will be about 3 months or bi-weekly which is aabout 6 months.

You are not in a group, it is personal coaching just for you

I don’t put my clients on diet, I work with you on your relationship with food, what are your roadblocks, and approaching with a different mindset.

Is it like therapy?

No. I am a coach not a therapist, which means we work together on your future goals, designing a plan to get you there, and bring your awareness to your roadblocks.

Do you guarantee results?

NO. You are the expert of you and so only you can motivate yourself to make the changes and get the results you want.
