What’s the investment?

Your total investment is $1,095 plus a $200 deposit to put a stake in the ground that you are ready for a change!

Are there payment plans available?

Of course! You will need a $200 deposit, followed by 3 monthly payments of $365.

How long is this program?

Commitment to Thrive More, Stress Less is 6 months. There will be 12 sessions (45-60 minutes each) two weeks apart on zoom, so you don’t feel overwhelmed + rushed, and have the time you need to implement these new habits, thoughts, and behaviors into your life.

How do I sign up?

First step is booking a Transformation Session. It is a quick and easy set of questions about your current life practices. This will tell me how ready you are to start this journey together as well help me understand how best I can keep you consistent in your new wellness lifestyle. If I feel we are a good fit, I’ll send you a link to schedule a call.

When do I start noticing the changes?

Sometimes it can be within a matter of minutes and sometimes it may take a while. However, the common denominator is YOU. You get what you put into it. I can only provide you with the guidance and tools but you are in charge of you.

I am very logical and not into woo-woo, but I need some direction. Can I do this?

Very good question. I don’t think this is woo-woo stuff, but you might feel that way when you are out of your comfort zone and becoming reacquainted with yourself. Logic has a place here too because it relies on facts and that is what we are working on, your personal facts not my perception.
